ya logre descargar el SDK según tu link y es el correcto... ahora ... viendo los modelos no existe el x638, el que logre encontrar es el X628-C y el x628-TC, estos dos modelos son TFT, así que cuando descargues el archivo ZIP y lo descomprimas encontraras dos (2) directorios dentro de este Demo y SDK, el directorio SDK contiene las dll's que tendras que registrar para poder conectarte al biometrico, y el directorio Demo, tiene dos directorios C# y VB.Net dentro de cada unos de ellos encontraras 3 directorios más segun cada tipo de biometrico que esta empresa provee.. se tambien que tiene un software gratis que puedes descargar para administrar los relojes, pero si tu idea es hacer tu un programa para esto, creo que para web no funciona.. creo, no he tenido la necesidad de usar el SDK en una aplicacion web, pero te tendras que crear un programa que debera estar escuando los eventos que suceden en el reloj o los relojes para saber cuando un usuario marca en el reloj y como ha mencionado Leandro, con un servicio web o lo que sea enviar esa informacion a donde tu necesitas.
